1. Acceptance
By accessing or using eisenpartners.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the site
The Site is operated by Eisen Partners and is intended for licensed sportsbook operators and other business audiences. Eisen Partners is a B2B technology company. We do not operate consumer-facing sportsbooks, do not accept retail bets, and the Site does not facilitate gambling of any kind.
3. Operator portal — gated access
Certain areas of the Site, including the operator portal and the live calculator demo, are restricted to authorized users with a valid passcode issued by Eisen Partners. By using the operator portal, you represent that you have been authorized by Eisen Partners to access it and that you are using it solely for the evaluation or operation of a potential or active partnership.
Passcodes and any materials within the operator portal are confidential. You agree not to share passcodes or distribute the contents of the operator portal without prior written permission. We may revoke access at any time, with or without notice.
4. Demonstration materials
The calculators, premium quotes, payout rules, methodology summaries, and any other materials available within the operator portal are provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. Pricing parameters, coverage terms, and product availability are subject to the definitive terms of any signed partnership agreement between Eisen Partners and an operator. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer of insurance, financial product, or investment advice to any individual.
5. Intellectual property
All content, software, models, methodology, and trademarks displayed on the Site are owned by Eisen Partners or used under license. No license is granted to you by the mere fact of accessing the Site. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site or its underlying technology without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or authentication mechanisms (including operator-portal gating);
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without prior written permission;
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site (other than well-behaved search engines respecting our robots directives);
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization in communications with us via the Site.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eisen Partners disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eisen Partners and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Eisen Partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
